Looking new reseller provider for the same condition

After 1 year, my existing hosting reseller provider's support become unacceptable. They do not respond tickets days (for example I asked unblocking specific IP from server, what was blocked after login error). So I have to change reseller provider

Now I have 50GB space for $8 monthly plan at existing reseller provider. Could you know any hosting reseller provider who can offer the same plan to migrate?

I have to migrate 6 cpanel accounts, this is about 13 GB space.

50GB space for $8 is probably the reason there isn't any support.
    That's just not reasonable.
That should run at least $25-35, minimum.

Thank you for comment, but even popular eleven2 has 100GB for $20 including free WHMCS and Live chat support.

I do not need WHMCS and live chat support, also 50GB is enough.

Well than maybe that would be your best option, keep in mind the price you pay does many time correlate to the level of support provided. Support techs do not work for free.

If you need to have your hand held for support and want fast response time, you should expect to pay a premium price and the quote kpmedia gave you is pretty dead on.

It's better to pick a host with good support if you need hand holding rather than jumping hosts every few months.

Now is 177GB, I think 300GB monthly would be enough.

To make it clear. You want a 50GB Disk Space with 300GB Traffic reseller package on the price of 8$?
Do you have any location in mind? US, EU, UK etc ?

It might be hard to find that amount of disk space and traffic for that price on a reliable reseller hosting provider. I would suggest boosting your budget a bit.

Now I have 50 GB Disk Space with 500 GB Traffic and server is located in US.

Server location in US and EU/UK is acceptable for me, websites visitors are mainly from East Europe.

Your budget is too low for this space and bandwith. I will suggest you increase budget and signup with premium provider.

No, not me and not my clients do not have experiance with DirectAdmin. Only cpanel is acceptable.

Maybe you would benefit from a VPS - you'd just need to purchase/provide a cPanel license.

There's a number of low-price European hosts, but I can't think of them all right now. My initial instinct for low-cost Linux reseller hosting is always Stablehost, which has servers in Germany.

But again, you're looking in the $25 range, not $8. By being cheap, you're essentially setting yourself up for failure, and repeating your current bad experience. At some point in time, you'll need to just relent, and pay what your hosting is worth, if you hope to have a successful site (and/or business).
