Ivan,
First thing that caught my eye was the black gradient-ed logo. It almost looks like it needs to go from that blue color to white instead of from black to white.
Also, the sidebar links start off as black, when you scroll over they go orange, and then on mouseout, they go to blue. Is this intentional?
I've always liked small compact designs like what you have. Looks good!"Last year, some resourceful software enthusiasts cracked Sony Music's proprietary technology simply by scribbling around the edges of the disc with a Magic Marker pen, thus enabling playback on any device." - news.com

this version is an improvement.......
Overall it looks ok.....however, they need some type of logo......the current font in the top does not seem that suited...........--

Low Res
Don't know if it's important to you, but I noticed it doesn't work very well in lower resolutions (I've got 800x600 on my laptop here). It's shows a horizontal scroll bar.
Also, the buttons on the left are cool, with the rollovers and whatnot, but one strange thing is that they're black until a rollover and then they're blue for the not-rolled-over state. This might be a little confusing to some people.

1. Page is set to 922 px wide. Seemingly no reason for it. Bring it down to max 780 set that 800x600 visitors don't have to side scroll.
2. Definitely needs a logo. Try something like this:

I'd have to say its pretty good aside from lacking a logo, the only thing i found (and this is a SMALL unnoticable detail) is the link at the very bottom, the mouse over on it looks really .... strange

Glad to help. Don't forget to optimize the image before using it (it's too large of a file right now).
