Yadnum,
If you do not maintain a 99.9% uptime what type of reimbursement do you offer to your clients?

How does one figure a 99.9% uptime?
I mean really, how many hosts(and im not accusing *anyone* here of anything) will tell their customers, "Oops, we seemed to only have a 99.8% uptime this month so were refunding every customers money this month.
I think it's one of those catchy selling phrases that appeal to people, Theres just so many variable in it, for instance, perhaps it's a router on my ISP that is bad and not the host that is preventing me from connecting, or perhaps it really is my host.
Anywho, how do you all figure that uptime exactly?

Server logs. Access montiors. Really, not the easiest thing to determine the *exact* percentage for the average joe webber.
