VolumeDrive setup time !!!!
Hello,
I ordered server with them and paid Wed, Feb 3, 2010
But my server not setuped yet !
2 email sent but not replied yet !

As Autoclycus indicated did you find out what the expected setup time is? You might also want to check if they are on MSN IM info@volumedrive.com

When I had a server with VD a while back they were pretty good about getting back to me with any questions sent to their support@volumedrive.com email. Just try to get intouch with them again I'm sure they will take care of you.

The strange thing is they haven' sent you any welcome email. That should have been sent already. Have you tacked your payment. Did they sent you any return receipt?

Well,
first day i was problem with WHM license, and email to support, this issue resolved under 24h,
but my current problem is CPU model of the server !
in the VolumeDrive site you can see Dual CPU AMD Opteron 248 HE,
but i got 246HE, email sent to support dep same day of emailed for WHM license but im not getting any answer yet ! "email sent 2 time"

Yes, i know that WHT is not support system !
But i posted my issue here, after sending email 2 time to your support email and not action from your side for more than 4 days !
