Balancing the load & limitations
-Is it possible to find which customer is using CPU intensive tasks ?
-In lot of TOS, they mention if you misuse the account/bandwidth/resource your account will be suspended. But what are those criteria which makes "misused" ?
I want to run transparent business model, so in first thing I'd like to mention, if you do this & this, your account will be suspended. But how to specify such criteria ?
Thanks in advance

You could limit CPU percentage of use on your TOS.

Just remember though, you can't do this on a shared server. You can probably on do this on a VPS.

Correct me if I'm wrong but not on a shared server. They won't give you that access through WHM.

Alvan7000, if your worried about being pinched for server resource over use, ask or tell your provider your intentions to your use, there by getting their help, knowledge and approval until you cross the line. Be assured, they will let you know before it becomes an issue usually.

You could install CloudLinux and have it regulate cpu per cpanel for you.

^can you tell me more about it ?
@all - thank you for replying
So turns out I cannot specify limitations in beginning itself. But what shall I answer when they ask me, "what makes an account abused" after reading the TOS

didn't know about CloudLinux, but it looks bloody awesome!

Sorry for double posting, but I have made a thread about this instead as realised what I did might be considered thread highjacking.
