video sharing site need cheap bandwidth in Asia
I am using FDC now.
But it's not very good to stream video from China.
Is there any good choice for traffic from China?

You are going to look for a long time, for cheap bandwidth in Asia.
I would consider however an upgrade from FDC to a LA datacenter (Webnx, Quadranet, Ubiquity, Burst LA etc.) if you are looking to serve the Chinese market, as ping time would be better.

As many others have said, get a server with a DC in Los Angeles if you're looking for good routes into Asia. Seattle and Fremont also have good connections to China depending on your location as well.

China Telecom is usually saturating their pipes. Please don't hope much with that connection. Other options might still be good, such as NTT and PCCW.

1mbit @ 20$ would actually be rather cheap in Asia, welp.
Where I'm from, it started from $170/mbit <_<;

Depends.
China Telecom and Netcom are ironically NOT limited by their pipe size - They usualy rent lambdas anyway.
Problem is that Asia-US-EU is in general saturated and most wavelenghts are already booked, so there isn't much NT/CT could rentä
CT is testing 100G across China (Ürümqi to Shanghai and Shenzhen/Hongkong), if this is successful the BW shoudl DRASTICALLY improve.
However, the process is slow, CT started testing 40G also - but until they were nearly done 100G was already on the market so the tests were stopped and abandoned. So better hope 100G optics are good and get a good market availability in the next year.
