When you purchase a VPS in vpsdeploy.com, is a requirement set the Reverse PTR record for your VPS IP.
You have 72h to configure this "Reverse record", if it's not configured at this time, vpsdeploy.com can suspend your service.
    This isn't joke, correct?

Why not assign generic PTRs to your VPSs and then let the client change them if they want to?

By default, we dont provide managed servers, we can't assure the content and app's installed on our VPS's. For this reason, we dont use our domain as a reverse. Is a way to prevent hacks from our servers, because commonly, hackers dont want configure the reverse.
If you do the reverse configuration, you're assuring the legimitancy of your service and host usage.

Do you provide low mem and budget KVM VPSes?

I want one for my svn server.

Then would you please give the instructions how to set up PTR-record at your servers. This is an uncommon task for a regular user.
Maybe you just meant to set up the DNS names?

I have paid the Invoice #3959 through paypal but somehow your system did not treat it as paid. I tried submitting the support ticket but the server replied with 500 Internal error.
