Switching to Ipv6?
How are you all handling the switch? Have you already switched to IPv6 or hanging on as long as you can to the IPv4 IP's?

Use cPanel and there are still issues there. Would love to though.

Running dual stack at work. Wasnt too hard to implement.
The hardest parts are ensuring bgp/ospf are working ok with it.
Other than that.. Its simply just another set of numbers.Live Chat Support Software for your Business website - IMsupporting.com

We're running dual stack at work too (offices and test machines). Still playing and testing on the test farm before we start deploying it to production ready machines in upcoming months.
Would love to see possible issues other providers and people have experienced while running IPv6.

Not really. IPv4 still has a good ways to go with most of the world's ISPs lagging behind on IPv6 adoption.

Anybody have any documentation on all this? I would really love to see exactly how this effects the industry and what myself and my company can do to implement a strategy.

At least cpanel has something almost ready but Plesk (SWsoft) is just starting its job what is a real fail.

We have dual stack on office machines and most of our internal systems are IPv6 available. All the staff have been told to familiarise themselves with IPv6 and, if they haven't already, make sure they have IPv6 set up at home.
Our customers all have IPv6 connectivity to their machines so that isn't really a sticking point for us anymore.

Agreed. Everyone touts how their network is IPv6 ready like it actually means something... The overwhelming majority, dare I say 90% or higher in Canada / USA of RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS who are frankly all I care about, do not have IPv6 connectivity nor will they for a very long time.

As long as cPanel does not support IPv6 we're stuck. We could support it if it wasn't for cPanel.

We are waiting for Cpanel support and support from our upstream providers. We are looking into deploying IPv6 for the office though.
