    Geo location

Just friendly questions here, but is the UK worth establishing hosting services in, I hear lots of talk from people that if you're just going to service the UK stick to hosting in the UK, and not UK for EU. I'm not interested in hosting out of the UK just curious on the matter.

I'd also like to ask if there is any benefit to hosting in Luxembourg, does all traffic backhaul to Frankfurt, DE?

Note: I'm not looking to colo or offer services out of these locations, only curious to know more about these locations from people who host there / do business there.

most of the traffic in Europe will backhaul to either DE-CIX, AMS-IX, or LINX, which is in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, and London, respectively. Each location is only a couple hundred miles from each other, so which place you host doesn't make a lot of difference to performance. US companies looking for an EU presence would tend to select the UK because there's less of a language and culture barrier.
