Right now you are the point where you need a game control panel to manage the servers. As the previous users have mentioned, Multicraft is a very good choice.
In case it doesn't suit your fancy, there are other panels such as TCAdmin and McMyAdmin. Google should help you find links to them.
Setting them up with WHMCS is quite straight forward. Most of them come with documentation as to setting it up, and almost all of them are automated in setup.

You can host Minecraft VPSs and have them automatically setup too. Just create Xen PV templates with McMyAdmin, for instance, preinstalled and link your WHMCS to SolusVM with an API user.

You will need WHMCS with one of the many game control panels that has a module for WHMCS. (We use TCAdmin). But many other host use Multicraft (I did not like it, as it as everyone server is on a big list, and clients did not like that). But it is up to you, we picked TCAdmin as it is stable and also you have more control over slots, and also the FTP system.
Hope that helps

You could also use http://www.mintpanel.com/features/game. We used that control panel and it looked and worked quite well. You will need WHMCS to automate billing and account creation.
We have also tested multicraft and find that quite a good control panel to use if you only want a handful of clients. Would definitely go with a control panel that can support other games and have more control.HardHead Hosting

you could always just code your own panel with WHMCS integration, would work out cheaper / more bespoke.

Automated hosting is easily achieved in most of the suggestion here. I've used TCAdmin with WHMCS and it's flawless for stuff like this. They're very highly compatible together and it has been by far the best CP that any of my staff have used before and for a while we were switching out to see which one was more comfortable.

Multicraft is your best bet for automated sales. With the WHMCS integration all you need is your client to purchase the package and pay and it will setup automatically.
+1 to Multicraft
