I believe it was perpetual, there is a maintenance fee too. Don't remember what that was though.

With scaleup do you still to pay for applogic license or is it included. For the installation do you need to install applogic first or applogic is part of the cloudscale installation?

It is on top of the applogic license. Not sure how their install works, but I would say probably after applogic is installed, you would import it.
