The only one I know of is eFax. I don't know if you can print to fax machines though.

There's always Skype for a number.
There's also PamFax (a Skype addon), I believe you can send and receive faxes through that (can only receive with their plans).
PamFax charges a flat rate per page.

MyFax is slightly cheaper than eFax at only $10 a month. With that you can send 100 pages, receive 200 pages per month (at no additional cost)

Didn't realise Skype had a fax addon.

I also didn't realise people still use Fax!

Most VoIP providers also offer a fax line. RingCentral is a pretty reputable company, we've been with them for a few years and have been very pleased with their service and price.

Unfortunately they do, especially when working with larger organizations. Some of our customers are just now getting to sending POs by email, and they had been sending them by fax before that.

We use Kall8.com for our virtual fax number. It just delivers the faxes as email, which works perfectly for us as we can easily save them for reference later.

Very good service, we use this plugin as well, works very well along side Skype, easy to integrate and a good and affordable way forward.

Check out FreedomVoice.com, they're only $9.95/month. They are very reliable and easy to use. Whenever you get a fax, it just emails you with the attachment of the scanned document.

The best part is the configuration and customization. They have good support but I rarely have to use it.

USA or Canada

If you are located in the US or Canada, Magicjack will work for a fax line, but only if your machine is set to 9600 or less $20 per year

RingCentral has an excellent service and I believe that when your number calls out it shows as business name on caller id.
