Yes, our servers are down to not to mention managed.com main website which is down as well. I have no clue what is going on since I cant email reboot@managed.com about it nor can I access their helpdesk.

I know of a few sites hosted with them and their down. It happened at roughly 5:00pm on Wednesday the 21 of January.
Lets see how long it takes them to fix it.

Yes, it looks like Managed.com's routers are not advertising any IPs.

Yes managed.com's main website is down as well. I tried emailing reboot@managed.com and trying their helpdesk but unfortunately it is unaccessible. Thank God we just have a back up server with them else I wouldn't know what would happen.

Also, remember that they're single homed - no redundancy if their one link goes down.

dammit. I ordered my server about a month ago and this is the second time this has happened. and two other times i've had just my own server drop offline for an hour or so then come back out of nowhere. my uptmie is still 35 days so.... its not like it was reset to get fixed or anything.. just network problems.. GRRRRR
thats what we get for 85/mo servers

Regardless though, twice in a month? They guarantee 99.9% uptime, which gives them a 45 minute window. They are already passed that but whats really lame is that they'll only give me an extra 100gb bandwidth this month in return, which is useless to me, I only use 150gb or so to begin with.
