Putting my data on a shared account for a few days is better than having downtime .
Help us Petr on this issue, please do, repond to my PM I send you earlier, this is seriously affecting other businesses.

i may be totally off on this one (correct me if i am) but..
i believe their ips were 66.28.*.* -- these ips are owned by cogent. even if they shared bw, i dont think they'd be able to get thoe ips working0

Guys, the thing is how to get the data off from our servers. What I have in mind seems a bit funny but won't it be possible to send my guy there at FDC's NOC, he pays FDC, get the hard drive and hook it to some other system?

and as far as the drive try to get him to sell you the drive is your best chance but thats even going to take a while for it to ship to you.0

I said this earlier but no oe commented or whatever.
why do't you have BACKUPS for your clients data in the FIRST PLACE. that should go without saying for a decent host.0

What I am saying that is to actually PURCHASE the hard drive. Hook it by to a nearby ISP or some place where he can hook up .. and while one can download his data from that drive.
The thing is, Petr, would you like to sell out the drives so that the issue can be resolved quickly ?We eDrive your Business!

if your talking about virtual accounts I dont know if anyone in thier right mind let alone dedicated servers would stay with somone after a downtime of a week (including dns updates)
so i believe the # will be higher then that but lets not get off topic0

I will be more than willing to pay, just need some help.
Now my current hope is you, or FDC changes us there.0
