Intel Core i7 920 or Xeon 3360?
I think i7 920 uses DDR3 while Xeon 3360 uses DDR2 RAM.
For the same price both with 8GB RAM, which server is faster?

I would personally go with the i7 but that depends on what you intend on using the server for. But in most cases, I will still prefer the i7 over the 3300 series Xeon.
