    Hello,
I would advise you to start with the VPS. Real Cloud Hosting often comes with a premium price tag. Starting out with a managed VPS will allow you to build funding for an eventual migration to a cloud solution.

We personally use StormOnDemand for our main site and use Amazon Web Service for our storage servers, we can scale up almost instantly which is cool. They are both affordable - that is if you are serious in doing business. Don't after "cheap" ones, just one that make sense for your solid business.

I saw you war asking for affordable reseller hosting in thread webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=1168388. Did you decide what you need and what makes to you think that a "Cloud" is good for you?

Check out SingleHop's Private Cloud offer. You should be able to resell using their extensive APIs.

He's going for more of an expandable "cloud" approach, I believe.

If you recommend someone on WHT for have to quantify your recommendation with experience. Otherwise people can just createaccounts and recommend their own web hosts. Just mentioning this so you don't get into trouble. Meanwhile, enjoy WHT.

Storm on Demand is the highest performing Cloud service we've benchmarked so far. The 1GB server benches at ~2k (UnixBench) & is $35/month. There are higher performing VPS providers out there though.

Probably a silly question, but why separate into 2 places?
    Please advise

Cloud servers are profitable specially when you have variable traffic hits on your website. Instead of buying a heavy duty dedicated server to keep your website up all the time, you can scale up and down easily on the cloud infrastructure, therefore, keeping the costs low and profits high.

Yes! If your still undecided on what hosting you want to use(but it really depends on what are your needs and wants for your company's servers) just try VPS(Virtual Private Server) first. That would probably be one of the better options.

But if you want, you can check this site and see some more details regarding hosting: http://www.rackspace.com.ph

There are many, but no one designs it for hosting industry other than OnApp. You will need to do a lot of work before you can setup another control panel.
