    Dedicated server provider (EU)

    Hi!,
Seeking a dedicated server in EU. The condition is at least 32 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD (preferably 120 gigabytes SSD) and processor (2.9 Ghz+). The maximum price is $ 150 (i feel about 70-140 dollars more). Before purchasing the necessary test! <<snipped>>

You could try OVH, I have had a good experience with them in the past.

I would recommend the following hosts based on my own experience:

    http://www.soyoustart.com/ie/essential-servers/
    http://www.online.net/en/dedicated-s...dedibox-md2k14
    http://www.hetzner.de/en/hosting/pro...server/ex40ssd
    http://www.hetzner.de/en/hosting/pro...server/px60ssd

Just FYI, SoYouStart(OVH) has very good DDoS protection included by default with all servers.

Two make things clean - you most likely cannot get server for test without payment. But you can find out host who offer moneyback period.

I don't think you can find a host that could provide demo dedicated server to you.

Most of the web hosting companies will not offer free trial or money back guarantee with dedicated servers. Do you want a managed or un-managed server? Can you raise the monthly server budget?

Well, testing is very complicated for providers. Just contact company sales, maybe they will be able to provide some testings

There are some providers that would provide you a test server. But you might not get the exact configuration for testing purposed.

However, you can get a feel of the service and the network which helps.

Most cheap hosts will not provide test or demo servers but it should be noted that:

    a) Many providers do have no minimum term and free setup, meaning you could rent it for between ~10 and 30 days with no further commitment and cancel it if you are not happy.

    b) UK law allows consumers up to 14 days after purchasing a service and still be able to cancel any further commitment and receive a full refund (minus direct costs of any usage within that period). Not sure if this also applies to other European countries...
