Receive order from a order form. Invoice your customers manually. Maintain everything on a spreadsheet. Thats the ideal way for your requirements!

As a temporary solution you might want to try using just a PayPal button and letting the user sign up that way.

WHMCS, at least for us, has been the best investment made. Prior to that, ModernBill was the real solution for us. I don't want to sound mean, but if you can't afford the $14/month for WHMCS, then there's something wrong with your business model.

Having a professional looking building and support solution are almost as much of a requirement as having a professional looking website. If you don't have that, your customers will most likely believe you're operating on a shoe-string budget.

We've implemented WHMCS on everything from a web hosting company, SEO company, Personal Trainers and even an AutoMechanic website - the flexibility is there to do anything and everything you'd ever want - maybe you'll want to check out the WHMCS forums for ideas and implementations.

Where are you located? And what is your product and service? I don't understand why people think there are one-size-fits-all solutions no matter where you are or what you sell. There is no such thing.

WHMCS is a great application can handle larger databases too easily if you spend time with learning in full that how to operate all of its functions then probably you will also find it the same a great must be tool for web hosts.

WHMCS OR HostBill are a great solutions for you, so if the case is about the skin/design you can hire someone to customize your WHMCS/HostBill skin as exactly you want.

Good luck with WHMCS, I hope it works for you.

Because it contains almost all the things you need, but sometimes their support becomes slow .

The OP states he has no budget, yet some of you are recommending Ubersmith?
By far the most expensive app for this I've ever come across.

I agree with KMyers, if he wanted something free or cheap he would have said so. I took "no budget" as him having no limit for his budget.
