    Your favorite excercise?

    What is your favorite routine excercise that you are looking forward to doing every day?

    Shouldn't be a burden so we can keep on going and make it part of our daily routine. I enjoy doing long walks with my wife every day, weather permitting offcourse.

    Maybe this might sound weird, I love doing squats. Big fan of having big thighs and not being able to fit in regular size jeans..

    +1 for running early in the morning. Apparently if you run early in the morning just after you have woken up (maybe 6am?) while the suns rising it actually helps you sleep the following night and have a much better rest.

    Also, gym.

    2 miles running daily with in 20 minutes. Really i feel freshness the whole day after exercise.

    I used to love running but have to stop impact sports with arthritis in my knees. Weather permitting cycling is second best and I enjoy training in the gym with my favourite workout being back days.

    Been losing a lot of weight myself. Would like to start building up muscle and such. Not a fan of running but general lifting weights is fun.

    My wife and I get out for walks in the evening when it's nice, but that's more about us than exercise. Used to be able to walk about 1.5 miles in the mornings but since my car accident it's been harder to stay in shape. :/

    I suffer from back pain and took up swimming last year. I spend around 1 hour in the pool everyday. Weather it's helping or not I don't know

    I do a full kettlebell set outdoors in the evening about 4-5 days a week for strength and conditioning with traditional weights (dumb bells, barbell) and body weight stuff (pull ups, dips, etc) thrown in.

    Running is harsh on my knees, so I usually cycle instead or swim if possible.

    The gym doesn't but you can't bench press when in the trails, it's good to get a good mix of both.
