    EU colocation

    Hi,

    I need a EU colocation provider that accept users from Iran.

    My needs:
    * 1U colo (+ new unite spaces in future)
    * payment via mail post.
    * 100mbps+ dedicated port.
    * at least 1TB transfer.
    * 24/7 support.
    * %99.90+ uptime guaranty
    * United Kingdom or Germany is better(But, is not really essential).
    * low limit for email sending (my users may spam).
    * max $50 for 1U.

    Note. that I may want new unites (half or full rack). and I want to make a cloud server hosting.

    For that alone, no one is going to respond. Too small amount of business to go through a lot of trouble. EU sanctions forbids business with Iran. Specially when you have also mentioned you require 'spam' friendly network.

    Some providers registered in countries outside the EU may be able to help you with that if its worth their time.

    Also, I think sending money via postal mail is illegal and prohibited by law. You could send wire transfers.

    Yeah it will need to be wire transfer, but I think it is difficult to wire money out of Iran. There are pre-paid credit cards that can work.

    Are you sure that the EU sanctions apply to internet services. I do not think that the sanctions are all that encompassing.

    No, there is not.

    Only the USA have an full embargo for the Iran, the European Union not.

    Some countrys maybe have restrictions on i.e. weapon exports (germany too) - but not a general embargo like the USA.

    I know many Iranians that host in DE / NL, and never had problems at all.

    Thank you for your replys.

    InfiniteTech,
    I don't mean "spam friendly". I mean, they give me a chance to block users that are spamming and don't turn off server immediately.

    however, My Opinion changed! I want to run another web service.
    I don't need email services at all!
    I need colocation anywhere. (better in Europe or Canada (have Canada any embargo for the Iran?)
    At least 4TB mnthly transfer with dedicated 1gbps.
    uptime 99.9%
    budget: $150 via paypal or mail post.

    I think that the only chance to get a colocation at that price with the features you require is to go for annual upfront payment and it still would be €50 or more, not in USD.
