    Thumbs down Again, unifiednet.net bad support

    i was bought windows reseller from unifiednet.net 4 days ago.
    there is an error in their plesk control panel.
    And they just said:
    "This problem is being addressed with the DC now. We will keep you posted."

    But until now, i haven't received any reply from them.


    here is the error message:

    Did you follow up?

    You aren't using Yahoo by chance where their emails go into your bulk box?

    i've follow up twice, but no reply.

    i'm not using yahoo mail

    I would give them another day followed by finding another PLESK host. 4+ days is a little shocking.

    Plenty of reputable PLESK providers.

    If you need H-Sphere, I would trust jodohost.com

    Only those 2.

    i need windows plesk control panel,
    coz i have some account using plesk control panel,
    and i wanna move it to my new reseller account at unifiednet,

    but, their support so bad.

    stil no reply from unifiednet 'till now.

    You have really got to stop that trigger-happy post button of yours. I'm not certain if this is just a language barrier issue, but we've responded to your ticket within 4 hours of receiving it and provided an in progress update to you. We initiated a refund of a week's hosting fees to you without you having asked for it. We provided resolution to the problem and the Plesk DB issues have been fixed. If there's anything else you're looking to get out of this, please address it via our support desk. If you are not getting our emails for some reason, we can resend the correspondence from the support desk as well.
