Nocster.net should probably also be on your list.

I decided on RackShack.net because of their multiple GigE lines, and especially their (soon to be 2) Verio GigE lines.

superb.net is good! First class bandwidth with multiple DS-3 providers using BGP protocol for the best redundancy. They offer fully managed servers, co-location, clusters etc.

I voted for "others" as Superb.net is not targetted to the same market that Rackshack.net and eServers.biz is targetted to, so it's not fair to compare these 3 companies. Maybe you could have added WebReseller.net into there, instead of superb.net. But to compare superb.net to another company would be a more high market web host, such as Rackspace.com or another company who have just escaped my mind .

EDIT: I've just noticed it says eServices.bix in the post, is this a typo? Do you mean eServers.biz?

    Choose freely...

... but just avoid all companies that start with "Rack" and end with "Shack" ... and you should be fine

Or avoid competitors who obviously are jealous of RS's market share.

    Well...

    1) I am NOT a competitor
    2) I have had a vanilla and a RaQ in a total of 1.5 years with them and administrated another 2 boxes, one since almost 2 years and the other since 6 month until both got cancelled of course. I feel I am perfectly entiled to pass judgement on them and I expressed that judgement.

WebReseller, e-servers etc are successful too and yes, of THEM maybe I am a bit jelous cause they rule AND get bigger and STILL rule! Hats off to THEM. To RS thanks but no thanks. A shame btw cause they HAVE the potential to be good but...

I have a server with RackShack and it is great if you are a capable admin.

    DNS configs are fast.

Additional IPs are fast too. Server is delivered in 5 minutes!

They have also plesk and ensim systems if you are interested.

    Regards.
