    Thumbs up WORLDSTREAM

    Good afternoon everyone, I want to indicate to you the company Worldstream, to rent dedicated servers.
    Good head company, great service and the best they provide a high quality service, I recommend it to everyone here in the forum.

    Can you report your server ip / domain via the 'report' button to see if it's a valid experience?

    Thanks for the suggestion.
    I didn't have any downtime with them except for once in 4 months but their network is not the best network I have ever seen.
    For instance, 1Gbps usually experiences like 80-130 mbps.
    The other problem I had was limitation on number of IP addresses can be assigned to any server.

    Apart from that, they are decent.

    8 hours ago we fell server, we wrote for 5 tickets, but there is no answer...

    Maybe they don't work in weekends? Didn't they give you a phone # when signing up for critical issues?

    Have you had contact with our support team about the network speeds? We have enough overcapacity left so it could be a wrong route.

    [WS Support #127001]

    We have maybe the problem is with the hardware on a XEN server. The day he was hung up for two times.

    This cause a downtime = 12 hours, we waited for an answer in the ticket. I wrote 5 emails, wrote form on the website, I called on the phone and trying to find other contacts in the Internet.

    On the server a lot of VPS customers and many of today asked refund.

    PS: Now the server is rebooted, but we are afraid that he was again suddenly freezes.

    We recently got 2 dedic servers with them and they have been running great.. *thumbs up*

    I will check your ticket too. It could be that our support team did an hardware check. We use a special designed PCI card to check hardware for corruptions (http://www.uxd.com/phdpci2.shtml). But this is just a guess. I will look in your ticket now.
