    Great domain - etips.net - for sale

Hi guys. As some of you know, up until a few months ago I was working on a webmaster resource site... But the web already has quite a few, and I just didn't have the time to work on it anymore.

That is why I'm offering both the domain (etips.net) as well as web site for sale.

The domain is available for auction at: http://www.afternic.com/index.cfm?a=...listID=1901643
Starting @ $100. I put $10,000 as the asking price- I know I'm probably not going to get that buy hey, wishful thinking .

I'm also willing to hand over the site to someone if they are interested in developing it. There's quite a bit of content on there already, as well as a nice design. I would hand it over in exchange for either advertising or $$$.

If you're interested, or have any questions, contact me at brian@etips.net . I really think this is a great domain- it's very short and easy to remember, and it has a lot of uses.

Yeah, I know I'm probably not going to get that much... But according to afternic that's the maximum price the domain will go for- I can accept any offer before that.

Yeah, I've seen a lot of really inflated prices at afternic. Of course they'll encourage you to up the price. It's better for their business.

Demand is low; people are skeptical about the prospects of new dot-coms.
