    chicagowebs email system is not working for over 30 hours

    Strangely enough, it does not receive emails, but I did not see bounce back either. Sending email through their web mail system is working fine.

    Called and emailed them but no answer. They usually respond really quick by email.

    Any one has any idea?

    Over 40 hours now. still not working

    Is that rare in hosting industry?

    It stopped working since a little bit before 3pm Friday, January 21 2005, still not working yet. It is 11:09 AM 1/23/2005 now.

    Experts here, please help. What should I do?

    Unfortunatey, I can't say it is.

    What seems most worrying is the fact that they didn't answer their phone when they clearly advertise it as a means to get support.

    What should I do?
    Don't lose hope, but prepare for the worst. Have a recent back-up ready, decide on a host to use if things don't work out with your current one.

    I hope you have complete control over your domain name.
