with dedicated ip & without dedicated ip
what's the difference between a hosting which has dedicated ip and the one which has not dedicated ip?
what are the benefits of the former? please give some suggestion.

IP sites can be access via their ip example http://64.191.95.36
There is no real differece, you need an IP for SSL and annon FTP, apart from that its not too useful
