    Like to add some testimonial, I dropped my server off there last night. Been doing work getting the machine all setup for the network, with all the other various services for the clients... Very consistent and awesome 100Mbit/sec connection! Thinking I'm going to be moving more of my machines there next month.

    Just want to point out that all tests on our nodes have shown consistent 90MB/s (yes, megabytes) ever since they added nLayer. The GoRACK team is hands down the best staff I've ever worked with and their willingness to assist you is top notch.

    Even if price wasn't a factor, their level of support and professionalism is worth a 4 hour drive even though I have dozens of data centers here in Tampa that are only minutes away.

    Bottom line, if you want success, host with GoRACK!

    We use CPI GF Series cabinets, they are square hole mount but we can provide round hole vertical rails if needed.

    Who is your contact there? i appear to have opposite experience after shipping some gears they totally disappeared and Tyree not as eager to help unlike when making the sale, quite disappointed so far, i thought these guys are nice.

    When did the equipment arrive? I'm fairly sure they don't install on weekends, unless you're willing to pay the remote hands to get it done...

    I personally mostly work with Curtis or Mark, but everybody who answers the phone is helpful. Did you try making the call?
