Sure. I just tracked that node down to see what happened. During the late afternoon on June 8th, his particular VPS node went read only which required a reboot and an FSCK for safety. While the check did take a few hours complete, I am not seeing any reports of data loss. We could attempt to fastboot clients in a rare situation like this but clients on the node could then face filesystem corruption.
We utilize enterprise grade hardware across the board in order to give us the highest probability of preventing situations like this. We maintain a very high 99.988% uptime and plan to keep it that way. If there are any other questions you have about this incident, I would be happy to answer them.
