    Virtuoso Net Solutions - HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!

    After signing up for their reseller account I got my account details email, which included everything EXCEPT the WHM url and details, so no problem - I go to live chat with them and this is what happens:

    I obviously became Irritated after this person indirectly called me a liar like I didn't know how to read my own Email. As you can see in my attachment the Email DID NOT include the WHM info.

    Mysteriously ... 10 minutes after this chat conversation I can no longer load their web sites home page. I sent an email explaining what had happened and that I needed to know if I should cancel my account, this is their reply:

    You were rude to the sales rep by calling him a liar. Good luck with the next person who
    becomes a victim of your low class attitude.

    Jesus, what a rude host. You would think he would of just said, sorry to hear you didn't get that information. I'll send you a follow up email with that information about your account. I mean jeez...don't worry about them, they don't deserve to have you as a client.

    While a chargeback is to be a last resort if it was a cc payment it'd be advisable if they do not reply to do so.

    How much space and bandwidth are you requiring for your new website? You could use the host quote feature and look in the Shared/Reseller Hosting Offer forum. Good luck, hope the next host is more professional for you. Interesting...there domain is blocked from here. Not a good sign. Usually means they advertised there services and broke forum rules.

    Did it ever occur to the host, that maybe their script is not working properly and sending the wrong template to the client. They are not liars, they are idiots. Why would anybody ever treat a customer like that unless either there scammers who just want your money, or have enough customers and don't give a crap.

    At any rate, at least you found out early what type of company they are. Now you can move on and find a professional host who really wants your business.

    Why do that to the customer. In the world of tech support I have learned that you have to deal with customers with kid gloves. Maybe offer to re-send the e-mail or whatever. Never do anything like this.

    Unfortunately, I too, had an encouter with Chad from VNS.

    I was spoken to, like a child while fixing an email issue. After saying "no need to get rude" he abruptly suspended my account then firewalled me from the entire site.

    I have researched Chad a bit and have found numerous customers having the same disgusting technical support given to them as i had recieved.

    Hopefully it will 'educate the buyer' a little more and stop any potential customers from making a mistake as I had done.

    The general public has every right to be informed of Chad Abezeid, and i certainly like to inform them. I have never been treated by anyone with such disrespect, let alone someone using priveleged information (my CC number) with a new host to try and scare me and retrieve my new hosting details. It's actually a criminal act, and as such, the bank's credit fraud department has been alerted, along with his ISP for several abusive acts of the service.

    I'll do anything within my power to see this degenerate is exposed.

    Well, it sure seems like a lot of people have had really scary experiences with this company. I thought it was a campaign from competitors signing up forum accounts to slag him, but seems this is genuine horror stories.

    Exactly what I had worked out a few lines into that conversation, and with a little less arrogance, the chat operator might have worked out instead of losing a customer.
