Yes all vps's include root.
2 IP addresses
All of our nodes past and future are a minimum of quadcore xeon 3330 with 8gb ram and Raid protected disks.
The newest Dallas node has 16gb ram, and 4x the i/o of our other nodes.

I ordered a server, but i cann't login in to my VPS (connection refused). Also available Cpanel, and tickets are not received an answer (#558777, #728230). Please reply as soon as possible.

were you able to use the Serial Console provided in SolusVM to get in?

issued a new IP - putty connects all right now, Solusvm initially worked fine.

Support tickets were answered. And it looks like the main problem is that we are not a managed provider so we do not install things on the server for you.
We did send over instructions to install it for you though.
If you need further support feel free to re-open the ticket or make a new ticket.
