    strange think with make ping

    Hi.... i have cpanel vps server with centos

    well... i have in my server various accounts (domains)....

    when in my server i make ping to any domain... i see the ip 67.215.75.137... but is strange... this is not my main shared ip...

    before this problem... i receive various mails about mysqld and ftpd falied....

    the strange thing is all accounts works fine.. i try check this domains with other friends... pings in windows pc... etc... and all shows the correct ip of my main shared ip...

    i try to restart the service nscd but the problem continue

    anybody know what happend?

    i thing your server resolv.conf having opendns entries thats why.

    strange... now i make a ping and works fine...
    yes i see a opendns ip in my resolv.conf...

    but my question is... why recently when i make a ping i see this ip.... other times i see the correct ip

    may be someone change that, check with stats /etc/resolv.conf what time it got change may be you got idea, u will contine see this ip, remove this ip and set back to original one, then all will be ok and keep track when it got change, set a simple monitoring for that, if file got change u got email otherwise not, if it continue happening.

    my vps is in future hosting... i talk with the support about this problem...
    when i send the post "#3" (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showpo...65&postcount=3)

    are works normally... but in my whm... when i click in DNS Functions > Edit DNS Zone...
    I see in the list of "Choose a Zone to Edit" a
    ns1.myvpsdomain.com
    ns2.myvpsdomain.com

    I think support team add this....
    and is this the reason why now i see the correct ip of ping command
