1)they dont bother to solve the problems of thier customers
2)They dont give 30 days money back guareentee even your problems are not solved by them.even your site is down daily.
3)you cannot get any reply from billing suport on acccount cancellation request.
4)however they delete your acccont and keep charging you.
5)If you post your problem on thier forum they will delete your post.
Now dehe pay me back the money you charged for this month july.because you deleted my account before june 20th.
here is what happens,
1)i signed up on june 1st and got my account on june 4th.this delay is due to my order on hold.so i sent my picture id for proff but billing department did not reply me.so i posted on thier forum and i got my account on june 4 th.
2)After that i contacted thier support for changing name server and Nick Hatcher did that change preety fast.
3)After that my site is down many times , i email address got flooded with cpsrvd on server.elavenil.com failed email message.
4)then i contacted thier support they restart the server.i every day faced the same problem then i contacted thier support on june 15th to shift my vps to another stable server.but he ignored that request.then finally he said my vps is out of ram. i am using too much ram.but all my sites are very new and they have literally no bandwidth at all.support told me to upgrade ram.but i dont want use their service so i requested my money back but he told they did not give my money.then i told ok cancel my account and dont charge me future.he agreed and he told he will forword this to billing department.
5)After that they cancelled my account i checked my whm, virtuozzo, and cpanel and ip.none of them is live.
6)on july 6th they sent be bil for july, i replied i already requested to cancel my account so dont charge me.but they charged again.after that i contacted many to get my money back but they never send any reply from thier billing department.
7)and today they responded with following email.
""'Dear sir,
I'm sorry to hear you would like to cancel your account. Please note that we have a 30 day cancellation term, so you will still have to pay the invoice of the upcoming month.
Please let us know when we can take your account down.

What kind of Website were you running? It is possible that if it was script-based, it was not written properly and was using excessive system resources, including RAM. This can happen even if you have very few visitors to your site.
Granted, this does not excuse the other problems, if they are indeed true. Good luck in getting this resolved.0

<< btw this topic should be at vps forum as dehe offers only vps >>
just wondering who you are dehehater as i'm almost whole day on dehe forum so i see new posts and believe it or not i read all new forumposts and tbh not much new posts there about problems.
So basicly i can't say you are even on their forums.
For the rest i wish you good luck, as tbh i've never had problems cancelling as they did it correct when i asked it.
also for your info i still have a VPS there.
Another issue is why you act now ?? about a month later.
Just curious tho, let us know how it goes.
Can't verify your story about it beeing down either as the month has passed, so another issue here imho.

3. In 8 months I have never had a support ticket deleted for any reason. Even the original questions I had on VPS setup are still there from November 2005. Even tickets where I found answers on my own and responded closing the ticket still remain.
Once again, the same old pattern comes up: NEWBIE poster, posting in broken English ranting and raving about DEHE.
Oh, and the username is highly inappropriate. Reported.0

You know a good web host when it's own clients defend it
I've been a long term DEHE customer and have not had ANY issues, infact, they are currently my favorite host around.
1) DEHE doesn't offer phone support
2) They were recently having issues with transfering accounting tickets. Infact I wanted to upgrade and pay yearly (as in, pay them more!) and noticed the problem that no one from the accounting has responded. I dropped a message on the boards regarding this and it was corrected the same day.
3) DEHE NEVER deletes posts/threads, only closes them. The only time I think I've seen a thread get deleted was when automatic spam bots started posting.0

If only people would do a little research on DEHE before BUYING their services! I tried to warn everyone about them and all I got in return was bunch of name calling from many of you here including the moderators.
See another person with the SAME STORY about DEHE. Andre you are not an HONEST Guy! Has anyone ever really heard the real stroy why Milovan left DEHE. You should ask him.internet Computing Solutions - www.icoso.com

Honesty, hmmmmmm, don't care less about honesty but to my information Milovan hasn't said anywhere why he left and i think it's between Milovan and DEHE (or Andre). why should people want to know what happened in 1st place as far as i know they aren't hostile to each other.
BTW:
If you know so much about the situation then i wonder why you aren't telling it ??0

2) Yes, so what? You knew there was no 30 days money back guarantee before you signed up - if you didn't, your mistake.
3) Won't comment much on this, but by reading other feedback around it does seem like billing requests are delayed at times.
4) See above.
5) Depends what you post. You would get your post removed on WHT as well, if it wasn't within the forum rules. Not too much freedom of speech online these days
And no... I will not share my work experience that I had with DEHE (or any company I worked at, or work at, or will work at) with you guys, try to understand that.■ Have a question?0

Very professional post, Milovan.
Given your position re: discussion of your departure from DEHE, that begs the question why some DEHE detractors, who obviously know as little as anyone else, are implying negative circumstances by your changing jobs? It's readily apparent that they have no clue, but are simply using it as a way to fictitiously bolster their claims, and imply bad business practices on the part of DEHE...0

I second to DEHEHATER, I have the same problems with them. You cna see my other posts for DEHE.
I was very unsatisfied with them after hosting for 3 months (Windows VPS) and in may end I had asked for cancelling my account. Both their billing dept. and CTO Andre had replied that they will close my account. But have charged my CC for 2 months after that. I had disputed the charge with my CC company for previous month and if they do not promptly refund my money for this month, I am going to dispute that also.
I had written several mails and heard back from Andre saying they will "LOOK" into this matter but they are charging me even when I am not using their service at all.
DEHE SUCKS big time. I am writing this because they made me feel like this.0

Dharding - You actaully make claims with NO knowledge whatsoever. You also try to belittle others and their comments in order to make yourself look important. You know there is a psychlogical term for people like you - As far as Milovan leaving DEHE, As he said he prefers not to share it with everyone however, I did ask him and he did tell me. I will honor his request to not share it. If you want to know ask him directly.
As for DEHE, I have been nothing but honest on my results with DEHE. As I've offered before. ANYONE wanting to check out my VPS with a test account is more than welcome to. It's still paid for through November so if anyone wants a "TEST" account let me know. I'll be happy to let you work on it. You'll see the results.Last edited by icoso; 07-18-2006 at 11:35 AM.

Not to mention the fact that his departure has absolutely NOTHING to do with OP's claims so why raise the issue, other than as a distraction or way of "piling on"?
I still maintain that that as a general rule, the most vocal parties against DEHE are either (1) newbies that can barely read or write English, or (2) people flogging dead horses and/or reciting ancient history.
I've had issues with hosts in the past. However, I can bring up the issue clearly and succinctly, without resorting to "u r scammer & thief blahblahblah". The utter lack of professionalism and decorum makes me question the veracity of the claims.
Think of it this way: If this is how people communicate when they have the opportunity to revise/edit prior to posting, how are they communicating with technical and billing support at their hosts? It would not surprise me if many of the issues between hoster and hostee (with any host, not just DEHE) are the result of complete and utter lack of communication skills, compounded by language barrier and immaturity!
Reading back through threads, I can count the number of valid complaints against DEHE that were actually voiced in a clear, professional manner, on one hand.
To me that speaks volumes...0

Dharding - Look at your posts... Name calling? I think you take the prize. That's all you ever do whenever you want to go off on someone, which is really all you do. Do you want me to list all of your name calling posts here? I didn't call you a name, I simply stated that there is in fact a term for people like you. Do you want to know what it is?
The complaints against DEHE are very numerous, or perhaps you cant count more than the five fingers on your hand. I believe that the posts that I have read against DEHE are very thorough and actually follow a very similar line. This seems to keep repeating itself, I find that very interesting. Perhaps you have access to another forum that only posts good thoughts about DEHE.
Would you like to hear the audio I received from someone, who did not outright claim to be Andre, but represented himself to be Andre (apoc) from DEHE. This is after he pulled the same thing on me.
Again, I'm more than willing to back up my claims. My offer still stands.internet Computing Solutions - www.icoso.com

Yes, the situation with icoso and the thread started are similar. Why? Because they basically had the same problem: they overloaded their own account, then demanded a refund. We don't provide refunds, unless we break our own policy (which did not happen), and no exceptions are made. We are quite strict about that, and if you aren't happy with a rule like that, we are probably just not the right company for you.
Also, as Milovan pointed out earlier, we have a 30-day cancellation term. If you cancel your account on the 1st of August while your next invoice is due on the 5th of August, you would still have to pay the invoice that's due on the 5th. This is also stated in our policies which you agreed to upon signup. This does not make us a scam in any way, you should blame yourself for not reading our policy properly.
Lastly I would like to address the initial claim about that we supposedly removed a thread from our forum, or even removed support tickets. That is absolutely not true. It's rather hard to prove that, but if you take a look around on our forums it'll be fairly easy to see that there have actually been some quite harsh discussion in the past (about various subjects) and we did not remove those either. We are Dutch, we are about as liberal as it gets, and free speech is one of the things we stand for, as long as you stick to the facts.0
