    Angry Eleven2 Verify department

    Hello i ask eleven2 for many question the sales is good A+ i buy it and the system is show maxmind i create support tickket very fast respond but the verify is hardly very and not same HostGator. the verify can't sent other passport or government issued ID card or driver license but most this in my country is in my language no english i can sent ? no the hostgator can toll for verify this company is no i suggest why no same hostgator the CEO is not answer in this i feel it very bad i want to use i visit website it very fast answer fast but CEO is not good for help me i review this is 2 the reviews one i delete because CEO was sent he can accept me for this but i delete reviews now the CEO is band me in system for government issued ID in thailand i have english but i don't it my old can't request it i tell the CEO for this already and i am a student

    eleven2 required identifications (Driver License, Credit Card Copy, ID Card Copy) to avoid fraud payments!
    you have to provide, until your account ll remain pending!

    no ask credit card copy ask Driver License and ID Card Copy but in this 2data want i don't have it my old can't request it in now but i sent the same ID Card Copy to verify but it not pass

    It would probably be more beneficial if you posted in your native language and then we could use a translator. The english is so broken it's impossible to follow.

    I think I got it figured, Maxmind marked the order as fraud because he put a wrong county.and eleven2 banned him from their system.
    Try to contact eleven2 on the Live chat,and send them proof of id and credit.

    First of all you need to contact there live chat correspondence, provide your Order number (sent by mail), then askthem to unban you account , you will verify your status!
    and then after, told them, you dont have your CNIC Card in English or dont have your Driver License, you can provide Credit Card Scanned copies.
    Provide them then, and your account will be verified!

    Oh wow, i'm a little lost here but got it after reading a few times.

    Send them proof of credit card statement with copy of ID to back this up.

    I do apologize the confusion here, after reading this post, it is clear it is not only myself that cannot understand the OP.

    Lets start with some facts here:
    -The OP signed up from Thailand, but with a USA address, our system flagged that as fraud.
    -Then the OP contacted our sales department to get manually approved, which is normal and we worked with the client to get the copy of their state/country issued ID and credit card
    -The OP refused to give that information, citing other companies do not require this
    -Then the OP stated he did not have that information
    -Then the OP stated he had it, but did not trust us
    -Then the OP resorted to using very foul language including the 'F' word to our staff

    Then the OP contacted me directly, I think we have exchanged dozens of e-mails as he is not understanding me here
    -I agreed to approve the OP if he sent me the correct information, I stated I needed 4-6 hours to get this completed
    -Within 45 min of the e-mail stating I needed several hours to get this approved/setup, the OP then started threatening me to setup his account without any verification or he would post bad reviews.

    I then simply replied stating we do not deal with people who are going to threaten us. Life is too short and there are many other professional paying customers who choose to treat people with dignity and respect and who choose to be treated with dignity and respect in return.

    We have since exchanged dozens of e-mails trying to communicate the fact that the OP is not welcomed at Eleven2 and would need to go elsewhere, preferable to one of the host he said does not require any verification, but it seems their might be some bad blood there already as he is needing to move?

    It's sad some people act in the the way the OP has chosen to act.

    I've worked hosting support and my suggestion would be to stop and go somewhere where the sales and support team speak your native language.

    I've tried to work with clients that were quite obviously using a machine translator to try and communicate with us and it simply does not work. It's frustrating to the end user and to the hosting company and never turns out well.

    Edit:

    I would also add that I refuse to do business with companies that require photo ID. Maybe it's a bit of paranoia but I feel that the best way to keep private information private is to limit access to it. A hosting provider does not need state photo ID and the verification processes I've seen in place can be defeated by any idiot with photoshop.
