Opened a case today #TMZ-2014-MJNARR but have not been provided with an update since the initial reply of "Thank you for your patience. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. We are reviewing this and we will send out an email once we have more information. Please, if possible, refrain from responding to this ticket or opening new tickets so we can keep the ticket low down while we investigate." This was 8 hours ago.
Edit: All resolved nowLast edited by deset; 06-27-2014 at 12:49 PM.

I had to move because of their lousy follow threw on support and I've got the tickets to back it up!
I would normally never post in a forum convo between host and myself but in this case I had no choice as days would go by and no reply!!

Well then, you must have hit a nerve.

My cases are more on licenses/features and not really about operations..maybe that is why it got solved the same time..
I seldom ask for help for operations since I do most of the things myself.. I just took managed vps with them because I am quite tied up with business stuff.. well I am hoping that they will improve further things on support escalation side.."ADDICTED TO TECHNOLOGY"

I bid TMZ farewell and they have refunded my forward-paid quarter in full.
It wasn't an easy decision, because TMZ has offered good support in the past, despite a couple of forgivable failures.
The way I see it, if you don't need managed VPS they are still good. In my case, the managed VPS required a timely response and resolution to my ticket and it didn't happen. I just could not accept 48+ hours of downtime as an option.
This is my opinion and not a formal review.
