RegisterFly Crazy Situation
Hi all.
Here is my situation hopefully someone will point me somewhere because register is not replying to my help requests.
Now I have a domain which is due to expire on 2007-03-29.
The problem is that on regestry fly first the domain is on the expire domains even tho it's not expire yet according to them the domain expire on 0n march 2006.
The big issue is that i can't even do changes the domain since it's not under my domain management panel.
And even when I try to remove the whois protection it says I am not the owner of that domain.
Now I am going crazy here, this domain is my big money maker and I cannot afford to loose it, so before I contact a lawyer I would like to to know what options I have.
PS: I created an account on enom with the email link they send me yesterday. and when i check on enom none of the sites I had are there, also when I do a whois check on that domain it says this ICANN Registrar: REGISTERFLY.COM, INC. I dont know if that means much.
Thanks for any help you guys can give me. I wont loose my domain that's a guaranteed even if I have to spend money on a lawyer i just nee some help.

It seems your domain was transfered succesfully from Enom to registerfly in their so called 'renewals', i would send them a ticket telling that the domain is missing from your account, they will put it there again, same happened to me, i asked them and restored the domains in my account.

Registrar is Registerfly, Enom is not involved in any way.
Do it this way, send a ticket like the domain dissapeared from your account, and wait what happens, when happened to me, they just added the domains to my account, even a domain i didn't realized i transfered away ;-)
Probably they will not do lot of checking and just add the domain to your account.
Once you have the domain on your account, check the expiration date, if it's not the same as in the registry, send another ticket asking them to fix it.
Keep sending them simple requests and they will work for you, tell them a complicated story about a domain that has 2 issues and they will be unable to help you, their support is like a monkey ;-)
