Emergency support is offered through your company, to your clients for the duration of the scheduled day(s), and time periods. Support requests may be made through a Private Toll Free number, E-mail, or through your helpdesk. Emergency requests will be billed at a fixed rate, per request.

"On call" support requests must be made through you, the host. You may page a technician through email, or pager, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly. On call requests may not be made through your clients.
