Los Angeles is an expensive market, what are you expecting to get for $45/month?

Also, must you be in Peer1 itself or is the West 7th St location good enough?

I doubt you're going to get electricity alone for $45 per month in LA. Very expensive out there.

I have a 1br in downtown for $1700 / mo. It's not the cheapest, but it's not the most expensive either. If you're on a budget, you can usually get a 2 br in a halfway decent neighborhood in the $2k / mo range. By comparison, in Phoenix, you can rent a huge, nice, 5 br house in a decent neighborhood for $1500 / mo.
