    Outlook Experss: download all mail?

    Simple question >>> is there a feature in Outlook Express for downloading all of your mail - in one go - to your harddrive?

    Highlight all messages (using shift key)

    Drag all messages to hard drive

    Simple
    Sid Shroff

    When reformatting I find it easiest to just zip up the folder which stores all of your OE messages.

    You can find this folder by going Tools>> Options>> Maintenance(tab) >> Store Folder (button)

    That is the source of all the messages. It will remember all of the subfolders you have setup, but it won't remember email accounts or Contacts.
