Did you tell it to remove them???????
You have to click SELECT ALL then right click and then DELETE
Good Luck!!!!!!!
Make sure to either (A) Empty the backup entries (Otherwise it gets filled like crazy) or (B) Uncheck that option!!!! Before scanning.......

I always used System Mechanic, it's great. Does that, and a bunch of other system things. Very nice program.
And you get a free 30-Day trial, then you can just remove it if you don't like it.

It most likely won't, keep a backup just to make sure.

Sometimes it will screw things up badly so you got to backup your registry or simply create a restore point in System Restore.
To backup the registry enter scanreg in Start/Run and when it asks to create a back up say yes. The back up copy can be found in Windows / Sysbckup folder. To restore the old registry you have to restart and go to dos mode and then give the command SCANREG /RESTORE after which you are asked to select the copy to backup. You can then select the last backup you made before editing/cleaning the registry.
If you know what entries should not be deleted from the reg cleaner's delete list you can create an exclusion file . It takes a while to learn how to work on the registry entries but mostly you have to be careful about deleting operating system entries. If it screws up other programs you have installed you can always reinstall the program.

The only keys reg seeker picks out ARE INVALID/USELESS KEYS!!!!!!
Nothing will be screwed up by removing bogus keys!!!!! (If they were needed, they wouldnt be collected as UN NEEDED)

A product that has worked really well for me is Stompsoft Registry Repair. It kept my registry clean of Windows debris and has nice bonus features that come in handy.
