    UrgentVPS - Anyone in?

    I have been looking into purchasing a VPS from UrgentVPS, After there sales thread at this forum. I'm trying the Live chat since Friday, nobody is there to answer though it is online.

    I am also trying the Phone Number listed but there is no sound at all.

    Hopefully someone from there team can come up and tell us what is actually happening?

    Yes, I sign up for an account, but have cancel it, I send a ticket to support,
    have to wait 3 day for an answer.

    You may want to try and contact Ekin on these forums. He/she works for UrgentVPS. I do remember him/her saying that they had an issue or had moved and that caused their support to run at a reduced rate, but that was a month or so ago. Ekin would know better however.

    Their live chat is Online as I type this, so try and see if you can contact them now. It could be that their chat and phone is sales only, and thus not available on weekends.

    check offer section, if you want reliability than go for hostgator else check knownhost or google reviews on wht

    Your right, It is there "Online".. No answer though.

    Livechat is always online.

    It sounds that i did a good thing moving out from them after 1 month,
    server performance was very good though, but their support was arrogant and didn't care about their customers,although i rememmber response time was within 1 hour ( didn't use it much).

    I dont think even many big companies have sales and billing working over the weekend.

    "server performance was very good though" and "response time was within 1 hour" sounds pretty good for a cheap vps hosting company.

    If all is working well, why nag about it ?

    Thank you for informing us of the topic. Our phone system is currently down due t oa migration of datacenters where our PBX is hosted. There are no other problems or reduced service levels with our service ATM.

    They refund me for this slow respond, so I'm happy now.
