Hello,
usually 2082,2083,2086,2087 ports should be open
never happened to me not to find these ports closed.
I tried many servers at ISPs.
PS: If you ever wondered "provider" has servers in house or garage and if use a rooter, you do not how to open ports than him.

Stol3x, because you are able to reach your server via SSH and you have attempted to unblock the port via iptables, I would assume the issue might be a simple one. What is the exact error you see in the browser and what is the exact URL (don't include the exact IP) you are using to access your cPanel/WHM? Have you tried https:// with port 2087 and just http:// with 2086? (WHM) I would normally point the finger at LFD/cPHulk but not in the this case.

CentOS uses iptables by default. The following guides provide information on using iptables via the command line:

If you do have a control panel installed like ISPConfig or CPanel then this normally has it's own graphical tool to configure the firewall.
