    Best Practice in Webdesign

    I mean if I want to learn about Web Designing then which tool or soft is the perfect place for designing a web?

    You can use adobe photoshop, Illustrator. Once you complete design then you can use html/css and jquery to make that design functional.

    You can use W3Schools web sites, and any simple text editor. One of the best ways to understand development is to work directly with the HTML coding used to display web pages.

    w3school is good for reference. You can check codeschool www.codeschool.com, which helps you to learn online. They have video tutorials.

    Lot of great courses at udemy.com, lot of them I bought at promotion on stacksocial.com. But you also can find lot of great blogposts where people published sources to amazing free tutorials and websites about it. Look for phrases in google linke "top webdesign free courses", "top 10 tutorials" etc.

    you on mac? Use Sketch, don't use Photoshop. Also don't use W3schools because they're not a faultless resource. Use http://htmldog.com
