    well,you have given very clear idea about on page factors.. they should be brought after very and smart analysis.. do not go only for the keywords they are high competitive.. also include long tails keywords and they keywords they are not very competitive...

    You can make keywords bold also so google picks these terms up as important on your site.

    Updating the page also helps so google can find fresher content on your website. Use of RSS also will help so google gets all your latest pages.

    As according to you that use of not very competitive keywords, please tell me one thing if, we use long keywords and in searching history there is no handsome frequency of search for that keyword, then from where we will generate visitors?

    Also when targeting keywords beware over using them. Use synonyms. Google recognizes synonyms and context to good extent. So change things up.

    I notice people often think using a key work means using the same word over and over again. Keep it natural and use synonyms to deliver a message. 5-10% as noted above. Overuse won't help you.

    Its a difficult to use H1, H2, Hx tags because of I can't set H4 tag size to custom size.
