Firstly before starting seo for any website the site should contain these following things,Here are some top ten tips for a great website
1. Easy-to-use
2. A clear purpose for the
3. Original fresh
4. Visible contact details
5. Regular updates
6. Make it interesting
7. Visible to the search engines
8. Check the spelling and grammar
9. Customer testimonials
10. Usability and functionality
And then starting with on-page will get better results
On-site optimization refers to the factors that you can control on your web site: text, links, keyword density, etc.
Header tags indicate to the search engine the relative importance of each piece of content. Wherever possible, each content block on a Web page should have a header enclosed in header tags. Content enclosed in a H1 header tag is the most important, so make sure this header includes your targeted keywords.

well,you have given very clear idea about on page factors.. they should be brought after very and smart analysis.. do not go only for the keywords they are high competitive.. also include long tails keywords and they keywords they are not very competitive...

You can make keywords bold also so google picks these terms up as important on your site.
Updating the page also helps so google can find fresher content on your website. Use of RSS also will help so google gets all your latest pages.0

Also when targeting keywords beware over using them. Use synonyms. Google recognizes synonyms and context to good extent. So change things up.
I notice people often think using a key work means using the same word over and over again. Keep it natural and use synonyms to deliver a message. 5-10% as noted above. Overuse won't help you.Amanah Tech Inc.

Its a difficult to use H1, H2, Hx tags because of I can't set H4 tag size to custom size.
