Where is it?
Been waiting for a reply for weeks. I also bought a domain from somebody and he does not get a reply from godaddy to transfer the domain to my account.

Support is really bad with godaddy. Send them emails regarding problems but they never reply from my experience.

I have always gotten a response within 12 hours.
Just make sure when you email them you be as specific as possible so they do not have to be guessing what you want.

I usually get an email response within 24 hours. I've called them once and had the problem fixed in 5 minutes.

Escalating an issue with GoDaddy? Forget about getting a reply. Your best bet is to open a new ticket.

Had a customer needing support from them lately and found out it is best to just call them. The guy on the phone was receptive to helping me get our customer sorted out. Waited weeks on email response though.

I have had good experience, minus all the emails, which most all that they send to me, get put in my spam folder since it doesn't make it passed my filters
Take care,
Lori

You ever try calling Network Solutions? Now they have bad support.
But GoDaddy:
If you call them the support is immediate.
If you email them they will get back to you usually within 24 hours.
That's fair for the prices they are charging.
If you were paying $500 a domain then I would expect a better service and 1 minute response.
But for $8 they are the best in the business.

As others said, if you're in the USA just call them. For the most part their reps are decent and pretty nice.

I'm one of the victims of Godaddy's sometimes no reply support.
Better sending a new support ticket.

I always call for support, and always get it immediatly after my call. Nothing to say but positive things about GoDaddy support here.
