    Reputable JSP Host

    Hey guys and gals,

We have a client that is in search of a reputable JSP host, can you point me to any good ones? We got out of JSP hosting several years ago.

    Much appreciated,
    Marc

Nothing exuberant.. they just have a simple JSP application running on TomCat.

It's tough to find a good jsp host, because of the skills it takes to be able to debug java. None of the control panels seem to work 100% of the time. We've found that many times we have to manually setup the domains the first time.

We find that ensim does an OK job as long as they want Tomcat-4 as the environment for their application, but in the main we now put JSP hosted applications on their own VPS cluster, but still setup the domain/mail/databases etc on the clients choice of control panel.

We run tomcat5 w/cpanel - and things work great, however, initial setup is sometimes tricky depending on their application. Usually they want mod_jk configured too, which is still a manual process, albeit something that take 30secs to do.
