Usually domains will get everywhere within 3 days.
One other thing might be security software. If some of the countries you can't get are very high in hacker activity your host could have them blocked at the country level.
You can ask your host if they block any countries by default.New Idea Hosting NO Overselling-Business-Grade, Shared Only! New-In House Design Team.

Yeah, the domain doesn't work on my end here.
Well, generally DNS change should take about 24 - 72 hours.
Please give it another 24 hours for the domain to fully propagate on the internet.
If after 72 hours the issue still there, please contact your host provider and ask them if they can help you to solve it.Web Hosting Business Guide Book - Getting & Managing Your First 1,000 Clients in Web Hosting

There are various possibilities for these type of errors.
1: The DNS may not have propogated globally.
2: There are chances for issues such as DNS poisioning
3: The problem could be with the local ISP in the countries where your site doesnt get displayed, such as there could be a dns cache issue, or the ISP may have blocked your website domain name or its IP address etc.

Not working for me on OpenDNS at 2015 E.S.T.
I use the OpenDNS service and tried it at 2015 E.S.T., 22 March 2010.
"Hmm, www.asfaar.net isn't loading right now.
The computers that run www.asfaar.net are having some trouble. Usually this is just a temporary problem, so you might want to try again in a few minutes.
Want more detail? See which nameservers are failing."
www.asfaar.net is an alias for asfaar.net.
Nameserver trace for asfaar.net:
* Looking for who is responsible for root zone and followed j.root-servers.net.
* Looking for who is responsible for net and followed l.gtld-servers.net.
* Looking for who is responsible for asfaar.net and followed ns4.st4ws.com.
Nameservers for asfaar.net:
* ns3.st4ws.com
* ns4.st4ws.com
The servers listed are working, but something else might have gone wrong.

The services you use to check it uses own ISPs which have their own dns cache.
So that's why you can ping from that locations.
However, please do not delete the ns records from your domain dns zone. I've
updated all domains zones. So you should wait for the dns propagation.
Also please be sure that all your domains are pointed to the following
nameservers:
ns3.st4ws.com.
ns4.st4ws.com.
Also please be sure that those nameservers were registered on the domain
registrar side and pointed to the correct IP addresses.
Clearing Your DNS Cache
When you visit a website in your browser, your computer will store information
about that site so that you do not have to look it up again. Unfortunately,
sometimes that information may change and your computer may not have the latest
information about the site.
You can use the instructions below to clear your cache, ensuring you have the
latest information about all the websites you visit.
Windows® XP or 2000
1. Open the Start menu.
2. Go to Run.
3. Type: ipconfig /flushdns
4. Press Enter or Return, and your cache will be flushed.
MacOS®
1. Go to Applications.
2. Go to Utilities.
3. Open the Terminal application.
4. Type: dscacheutil -flushcache
5. Press Enter or Return, and your cache will be flushed.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Thanks for your cooperation.

How long ago was this change made?
http://intodns.com/asfaar.net
Looks like the A record is not coming up. However that could be a caching issue...

Dear Customer,
Please add following dns records to your domain st4ws.com dns zone file (on the
server your domain is working from).
ns3 14400 IN A 69.175.117.146
ns4 14400 IN A 69.175.117.147
Your domain st4ws.com is not pointed to our server and it is not use our DNS
server, so you should add those records on the server your domain st4ws.com is
working from.

I made what he requested
