Form + email out? Catering form

What's the best way to do something like this:

    http://www.jollyinn.com/catering

Have them create the order from a drop down and them e-mail it using the submit button with info and address?

tizag.com has a very easy tutorial for creating a basic order form. you may want to take a look at this:

    http://www.tizag.com/phpT/forms.php

it should give you a very good starting point for creating a similar form.

for the email part of it, have a look at this contact form.

    http://www.phpeasystep.com/phptu/8.html

Between both of those you should be able to figure out how to make it submit an order as an email

using http://w3schools.com is usually a good idea, but it really depends on your experience level. They, in my opinion, have straight-forward examples of things like this under the php category.
