If you want to block gigablast from crawling your site. Create a robots.txt file in your site's directory and add the following:
User-agent: gigablast
Disallow: /
or if you want to ban all robots from crawling your site you can do:
User-agent: *
Disallow: /

Yes. My Web site is a Forum too.
How many visitors you have from gigablast?
Are they sending visitors to your Forum?
I am not sure to block or not to block gigablast robot?
Thank you.

well just how much bandwidth is it eating up? if it's only about 10 megs a month it's not too much to worry about - also you can add a robots.txt to your root folder to set certain permissions to webrobots.

Why is that?
What is the URL of your Web site?
How many pages do you have?
Thank you.
