    Windows VPS

    i got a dedicated server

    with just plain Centos 5 64 bit

    how can i virtualize this to make windows vps's

    Parallels (Virtuozzo) solution requires windows as host so it wouldn't be part of the equation here.

    Go with SolusVM panel and use xen containers, you will not go wrong with that setup.
