seeds like wheat, try to grow them a little and then use them for soup or salad, growing for 3-4 millimeter will release many essential amines acid.

It depends on what your trying to achieve? Are you looking for a bulk up snack or something along the lines of a trail mix to pick at for energy during the day?

Just try to replace meats of lower protein amounts with ones of higher protein amounts. Eg. Replace ham with chicken.
You should also try eating egg for breakfast.

High Protein Snacks
Greek yogurt is my go to protein snack, and it's nice because it's light and satisfies my craving for sweets.

Greek Yogurt like FGGJulia said and you can add to it different seeds and nuts like almonds,cashews,chia seeds, pecans, pistachios,walnuts etc...depending on what you like the most.
Greek yogurt works great with organic salmon pate.It is really a matter of taste, but you should give them a try.
